Cebu, Philippines – Wilbert and Becky Yasi

Nothing is as easy and as difficult as following the founder of such a vibrant and alive a work as Eli and Esther Yasi who founded Young Life Phippines. Wilbert and Becky Yasi and their four children have done this. They have taken the seeds of Wilbert’s father and mother and have seen a wonderful, Filipino brand of Young Life grown into something quite amazing all over the Visayas. They are reproducing leaders for the Kingdom of God and their hearts are BIG. They are also responsible for Abyan preschools for the poor young of the Visayas and are partnered with several church bodies.  These are Kingdom people.  Next planned visit to the Philippines is November with my friend and mentor Bob Reeverts.
